Academy Policy

Greetings to parents and tutors! We are grateful to the parents for their trust in our academy and to our tutors for their enthusiasm and dedication as we work together to encourage student success. Please take a moment to read our academy policies before continuing. We firmly believe that doing so will prevent any misunderstandings or unpleasant situations later on and guarantee a smooth and rewarding learning experience for all involved.

Policies for Tutors:

1) Provide the accurate house address together with the pinned location.

2) Provide two accurate phone numbers, along with a backup or emergency contact number.

3) Attach a valid form, current job information, or two references (for verification).

4) Name of Academies you are already associated with.

5) Your preferred areas.

6) Your preferred subjects.

7) The tutor must not give the academy any misleading information about their training, work history, or education.

8) The tutor needs to fulfill his obligations.

9) The tutor must provide a free one to three-day demo.

10) The tutor must give the client and the academy all the information along with an anticipated schedule of employment after being hired.

11) A tutor can have two tuitions at once; if one is canceled, they can take up another.

12) In order to continue tutoring at this academy, a tutor must refrain from engaging in any such commission-based business on his own.

13) Tutors receive tuition on a first-come, first-served basis only if they fulfill the required criteria.

14) Before accepting any tuition, female home tutors should use caution and sound judgment to prevent any unfavorable future events.

15) If the tutor is unable to continue teaching, he or she must notify the client and the academy fifteen days in advance. The remaining balance must be returned to the client within three days or one week.

16) A tutor providing online classes needs to be equipped properly.

17) Tutor has to pay 50% of the decided fee/salary (Only First Month)

18) Rs 1000 registration fee (which has to be paid after you get your first Job)

19) After receiving the client’s fee, the tutor has three days to pay the academy half of the total amount.

20) Avoid trying to mistreat the academy or client by not returning calls or acting inappropriately; otherwise, you risk facing legal action or penalties.

Policies for Parents/Clients:

  • No commission fee is ever assessed to our clients. You and the tutor negotiate the tutoring fee.
  • After placing a tutoring request, you must update the academy, following a demo with each teacher.
  • For online classes, only male tutors are available.
  • To help you determine which teacher best meets your needs, we direct our tutors to provide you with up to three complimentary demo classes.
  • Only hire a tutor once you are wholly pleased, after observing two to three demos.
  • Within three days of confirmation, pay the tutor the advance charge (for the first month) and for the subsequent months, it will depend on the parents and tutor’s mutual decision.
  • Never withhold from a tutor your child’s prior performance.
  • Discuss all matters with the tutor, including availability, schedule, timings, and experience.
  • We are not accountable for any promises made by the tutor, such as finishing the course and getting good scores.
  • If requested, the academy can assist in mediating disputes or conflicts that may arise later and require settlement.
  • Never use your reference as a means of intimidation against an academy or tutor.
  • The academy is not obligated to replace a tutor if he is unable to continue teaching, but it will make an effort to find a substitute teacher upon request.

 

Academy reserves the right to change its policy at any time for the purpose of betterment.
